Leadership Roundtables

established in 2013

Begun in 2013, the Gwinnett Leadership Forum is a grassroots effort of leaders within the community who wanted to uncover and communicate the essence and meaning of true leadership.

To accomplish this purpose, the Gwinnett Leadership Forum hosts a bi-annual breakfast featuring a recognizable speaker within the private/public sector who shares from their personal experiences and offers insights on being a stronger leader.

We look forward to seeing you at our next event!

Leadership Roundtables

One hour committment

Once a week

In order to build upon the ideas shared at our bi-annual forums, short-term Leadership Roundtables are established to provide participants with an opportunity for a  more in-depth discussion. Led by facilitator guides, these groups of anywhere from 4 to 8 people typically meet for approx. one hour per week for around six weeks.

For more information on our roundtables, or if you are interested in participating, please contact us at info@gwinnettleadershipforum.org.

Having personally attended multiple Gwinnett Leadership Forum events, I find the interaction and exposure to innovative and relevant leadership topics of such importance that I encourage and facilitate the participation of PCOM’s team members.

I have been involved with the Gwinnett Leaadership Forum since it was created in 2013.  It is a fantastic way to surround yourself with professionals that have a passion to better themselves and the lives of others around them.  I look forward to each session because I know that I will gain new insights into how I can be a better leader in all facets of my life.

I really enjoy my time with the Gwinnett Leadership Forum. It’s wonderful to be a part of a group that focuses on developing leadership qualities and the individuals involved, but the subgroups are really where the magic happens. I was fortunate to join and meet a wonderful group of leaders in the community that I never would have met otherwise. The fellowship, learning, and lasting impact is something I am really grateful for.
