With over 15 years of experience as a president and CEO of global non-profit organizations, Terence is a family champion and a transformational leader who equips and empowers parents to flourish in their relationships and roles. He holds a doctorate degree in humanities from Ohio Christian University and has served in senior executive leadership roles with Johnson & Johnson, Citibank, and Coca-Cola.

Terence is the founder and leader of Victorious Family, a movement that aims to raise up 100,000 master family champions globally for family transformation. He has developed a step-by-step family ministry process model that has been implemented in homes on five continents. He is also a board member, an author, a keynote speaker, and a certified chaplain who regularly teaches seminars, workshops, and forums around the world.
